UR2 WIRE CONNECTOR

Splice Connectors Gel filled and gas tight, the splice connectors are widely used in the telecoms industry and other fine wire applications. Wires are simply inserted into the housing and crimped down which actuates an insulation displacement mechanism automatically connecting the two or three wires into an environmentally gel sealed unit.

Max insulation O.D.2.08mm (0.082’’) the connectors must be solvent resistant and accept two or three wire conductors of equal wire gauge. Due to the limited space in which the connectors will be used, they must have the following maximum dimensions:

For solid copper 0.4mm-0.9mm (26AWG-19WG) cable.

Material: Polycarbonate. Phosphor bronze, Grease.

Button connector, two or three wire inline joints on telephone drop wire of phosphor bronze with plated tin conductors, which will be suitable for crimping tool shown.

All materials is suitable for operation in the tropic with maximum temperature up to 80.

All materials used in the connectors shall be non-toxic and dermatologically safe.

Connectors can be retain the electrical &mechanical properties in the test report over working temperature range 30-70 and humidity range of 0% to 95%.
