5.Electrical Performance
5.1 Joint Resistance:
The joint resistance of each connector shall not exceed the appropriate limit detailed in
Table 1. The spacing between the voltage pick up points shall be 30±0.5mm. the applied
Voltage shall not exceed 2V and the current shall not exceed 1A.

Insulation Resistance:
5.2 Insulation Resistance:
The minimum insulation resistance in wet condition is more than 100MΩ after electrification for one minute at an applied voltage of 100VDC. The insulation resistance under the humidity cycle at 100VDC be minimum 500 000 MΩ
5.3 Dielectric Strength:
A 200 VCD or 1400AV Voltage shall be applied between the wire of the connector and plastic Cover. No breakdown or arcing of any kind shall occur.
The connectors comply with category 6 transmission requirements according to TIA/EIA-568-A

6.2. Relative Movement Test
Connectors are mounted on printed circuit boards and are affixed to a vibration machine with frequency automatically varied between 10HZ and 50HZ in one minute cycle and amplitude of vibration of approximately 1.6mm. The shall be continued for 30minutes. The change in the connector resistance shall not exceed 0.5MΩ
7. Environmental Performance
7.1 Temperature cycling
Installed connectors shall be exposed to 512 cycles of temperature cycling between -40℃ and +60℃. Each cycle lasts for 8 hours. The connectors are at each extreme for one hour with a three hour transition.
There should be no evidence of physical damage to the connectors as a result of exposure to temperature cycling extreme.
7.2 Temperature Life.
The connectors are subjected to 1000hours at an elevated temperature of +100℃.
There should be no evidence of physical damage to the connectors as a result of exposure to a temperature of +100℃ for 1000hours.
8. The grease have high thermal stability to cold and heat (-70 ºC to +170 ºC).
The grease has a vaseline consistency and should have a density of 0.91 g/ml.
The insulation resistance under the humidity cycle at 100 VDC should be 500 000 MW, minimum.
The minimum dry dielectric breakdown under humid conditions shall be 2 500 Vrms.
TIA/EIA-568-A STANDARD or equivalent.
The connector shall not add to the splice resistance more than 7% of the resistance of the control conductors (the length of the control conductors shall be 30 cm ± 1 cm).
